How to use: Passport Photo Print Sheet (4x6 / A4)

  1. Upload your single photo: Use a front-facing photo. Crop it first if needed using the Crop tab.
  2. Open "Print Sheet" tab: Choose paper (4×6 inch, 5×7 inch or A4), photo size (3.5×4.5 cm, 2×2 inch, etc.) and number of copies.
  3. Create the sheet: Press "Create Print Sheet". The photos are arranged with thin cutting lines.
  4. Download and print: Download the JPG and print at a studio or at home with "actual size / 100%" selected.

Why use a print sheet?

Printing one passport photo per page wastes paper and money. A 4×6 inch sheet holds 8 photos of 3.5×4.5 cm (landscape), so a single print gives you a full set.

The sheet is created at 300 DPI, the standard for photo printing, so faces stay sharp. Always print at 100% / actual size — do not choose "fit to page".
